🚴 Spin Class Cancellation Policy

We have a limited number of spots in class. No showing not only hurts us as a small business, but prevents another rider from joining. To ensure the best experience for all our riders and to manage class availability fairly, please review our cancellation policy below:

📅 Class Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your reservation up to 8 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty.

❌ Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time are considered late.

• For single classes or punchcards, a late cancellation will result in the loss of that class credit.

• Unlimited members are given a grace period of 2 late cancels per billing cycle. After that, members will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for each late cancel.

🚫 No-Shows

• If you do not attend class and fail to cancel, it will be marked as a no-show. No shows may result in removal from online booking system.

• Class credit will be forfeited.

• Unlimited members will be charged a $15 no-show fee.

✍️ How to Cancel

• Cancellations can be made via our app or website. Please do not message via social media, as messages may go unseen!

💬 Exceptions

• We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us directly. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball, we’ve all been there!
