Bike Bootcamp
Switch between cardio on the bike to strength training on the floor. If using cleats, bring training shoes too.
Themed rides
30-45 minute spin classes based on artists and genres. Themes change weekly.
Cycle
45 minute spin with a mix of speed intervals, heavy climbs, choreography, and/or light weights.
